System Maintenance

Before the Materials Resource Management System can be put into general use, it must be configured for use. For example, the users need to be identified, and these users need to be grouped together in a structured fashion, perhaps by their job function. These groups need to be given access to appropriate applications, and these applications need to appear on the users' menus in a logical fashion.
Create users using the User Master File
Create groups using the User Groups Master File
Assign users to groups using Assign Users to Groups
Select applications from the Applications Master File
Assign applications to user groups using Assign Applications to User Groups
Assign applications to modules using Assign Applications to Application Groups
Assign inquiries and reports to the Inquiries and Reports menus of Applications using Assign Inquiries/ Reports to An Application.
Assign users to departments using Assign Users to Departments
Set system-wide options using System Options.
