Assign Users to Groups

(UsrToGrp.exe) In this program, the users are assigned into user groups. A user may be a member of more than one user group. There are two ways to view this program, Groups per User and Users per Group. They will both serve as means to the same end, making sure that each user is assigned to all groups of which the user will need to be a part. Once users are assigned to groups, system applications will be assigned to each group. Therefore, it is essential that the members of each group are chosen carefully.

Prior to using this program, you will need to set up:

User Master File

This screen contains single and double Arrow Buttons to make moving items easier.
For purposes of assigning rights to view and use applications separately for each individual user, it is possible to create a user group for each user on the system. Each user group would have only one member, a single user. Then, when applications are assigned to user groups, they are actually assigned to individual users.
