Preference Cards

The steps to follow in the Preference Card process:

  1. Create a list of Procedures in the Procedures Master File.
  2. Create a list of Doctors in the Doctor Master File.
  3. May create a Preference Category to be used when utilizing the Preference List Master . (optional)
  4. Create the Preference List with accompanying items in the Preference List Master.
  5. Use the Build Case Carts program to create new cases based on selected Procedures and Doctors and then create issues or charges and then close the case.
