Doctor Master File

(Doctor.exe) This program is used to maintain the list of Doctor’s to be assigned in conjunction with Scan N Go ® for patient chargeable items. To create a new doctor click the New icon, File then New on the Applications menu or CTRL+N. Then enter the Doctor ID, Last Name and First Name in the appropriate fields. Next, click on the Active box. When complete, click the Save icon, CTRL+S or Save in the Applications menu. The doctor will then be available in Assign Nursing Unit to Doctor program.
