Build Case Carts

(ProcCart.exe) Program is used to build case carts. Click on New icon, File then New on the Applications menu or CTRL+N and the New Case screen displays. Enter Procedure Date or use calendar. Select the Procedure ID or Name or use the lookup. Select the Doctor ID or Name or use the lookup. If entering the Doctor first, only the Procedures associated with that doctor will display. Select the Patient by the ID or Name. Press the Create Case button. A "Case__Created" popup will display which may then be closed and the user may continue adding cases in a similar manner. The Done button may then be utilized when all cases have been created.

The user may use the Edit button to change the Patient Position, Patient Prep, check the Instrument Count, or Sponge/Needle count boxes or enter a Procedure Location. May choose to Create Issues, Create Charges or Close Case by pressing the applicable button. When pressing the Create Issues or Create Charges a progress bar displays until complete. Status field will display if Charges or Issues were created or the Case was closed.

Under Tools, may Add Items, Create Issues, Create Charges, Close Case or Cancel Case.

If Cancel Case is selected, this will only work after issues were created but before the charges were created. It will credit the issues created.
