Adding a New User

When adding a new user to the system, the user will need to add the new user to the User Master File and assign rights to various functions within programs there. The new user will then need to be assigned in the following programs: Assign User to Entities, Assign Users to Groups, Assign Users to Departments, and Assign Users to Locations. May also need to need to Assign Users to PO Groups and Assign User to Department for Reports / Inquiries if applicable.
