To set the indicator select one or more rows in the assigned location grid and then right click to bring up the popup menu where the OLR setting may be assigned and then selecting Change OLR Setting or Ctrl+Alt+C. The user may also Change Approval Levels or Ctrl+Alt+L. This selection allows the user each individual assigned to a department to have a lower approval level than the default level set in the User Master File. If a user tries to set a higher value a Warning message will display. The popup menu also allows a user to select all assigned locations by choosing Select All or Ctrl+A and then selecting the Change OLR Setting to effect the change.

To lookup in all grids, select the grid and then press F8 to open the lookup.

Under File, there is a Refresh button.
