Process Calculated RSL Par Levels

(RSLROPProc.exe) The program will process the Calculated RSL Par Levels, as recommended from running the Calculated RSL Par Level program. Please run the RSL Calculated Par Level Report prior to processing, to review the changes that will take place. On the Reorder Points tab ,if you wish to process the changes, select the Entity, and then select the RSL using the drop down. All items from the RSL selected will display by Material Code with the Current and Recommended Reorder Point, Current and Recommended Critical Quantity and Current and Recommended Par Levels. The screen will also display Total Usage, Average Monthly Usage, Months of History and Description. You may update by the individual item by clicking on the line, which will change to the Mat Code below the RSL and fills in with the recommended Reorder Point, Critical Quantity and Par Level in the fields below. If these are correct press the Update button, if you wish to edit one or all fields, click in that field and change the quantity then press the Update button. If all of the Recommended Reorder Points, Critical Quantities and Par Levels are correct you may press the Update All button at the bottom of the screen.

On the Recommended to Add to RSL tab, the user may select the Entity and the RSL, and then enter a Start Date and an End Date. When the parameters are set press the Calculate button. The Calculation is the listing of items that were issued or transferred to the RSL’s department that are not on any RSL associated with that department. The purpose of which is to recommend items that should be added to the RSL.

On the Change Bin tab, the user may change the Bin code directly from this program. Select the line, enter the new Bin code in the Bin field, then press the Update Bin button to effect the change in the RSL Master File.
