The formula for calculating the Reorder Point (ROP) is as follows: Lead Days (either based on the Average Vendor Lead Days as calculated by the system or entered by the user) plus Order Days (times per week) plus the Safety Stock Days times the Average Daily Usage (Total Item Usage divided by the number of days).
The formula for calculating the Reorder Quantity (ROQ) is as follows: Average Monthly Usage (Total Item Usage divided by the number of months) divided by the Times Ordered per Month.
The formula for Max is the Reorder Point (ROP) plus Reorder Quantity (ROQ).
The formula for Min is Safety Stock Days times the Average Monthly Usage.
