(Comment.exe) In this program the user will be able to enter comments so they can be inserted easily into other programs in their memo field.

Select New under the File menu or CTRL+ N or the New icon. Then type in the Comment ID, description of the comment and finally the comment itself. Select the Save icon, CTRL+S or File then Save when finished. You will be able to access stored comments in other programs when selecting the memo.
