(EODMast.exe) This application will most likely be set up by a system administrator. It will allow the user to add the programs that you want to be a part of the End of Day or End of Month processes.
First, select the Type of process in which you are working, using the drop down menu. For example: Is it Materials or Accounts Payable? Is it End of Day or End of Month? Is it for programs or reports? Then add the programs accordingly. This is where you set up the End of Day and End of Month for both Accounts Payable and Materials for both programs and reports.
For each program that you want to add, select File then New from the application's main menu, CTRL+N, or click on the New icon. If the program already exists a warning message will display. Any program, once added, may also be deleted. Select the program you want to delete by clicking on it. Then select File and Delete from the program's main menu, CTRL+D, or click the Delete icon. Answer yes when the system asks you if you are sure you want to delete the program.
For each program that you want to add, you'll need to enter the following information:
Upon completion Save using File then Save, CTRL+S or click the Save icon.
The information you enter for each program will be displayed in the table below. You are able to change this information by selecting it and typing in the correction. You can also use the lookup function to locate a program by placing your cursor in the Program field and double clicking.
Under Tools, the user may choose to Resequence List.
