AP End Of Month
(APEndMth.exe) This application will enable the user to run an A/P End of Month process.
When the user brings up the A/P End of Month application, the user will see a table at the bottom of the screen. It will display the programs that will be executed as a part of the A/P End of Month. This information will have been entered into the system as a part of the End Of Day Master File. The user will be able to see the following information for each program:
If the user wants to run by a single entity, then the System Option, APEOM By Entity, in the End of Day module, must by set to Y (Yes). If the Entity is not included in the parameters it will not process. To run automatically set up as follows in the End of Day Master File:
Program: Parameters AUTO <ENTITY>.
Click on the button marked Start A/P End of Month. The user will only be able to click on it once to start the A/P End of Month process. Once you begin, the button will be inoperable. Once the program is running, it will display the Start Time and the Current Program that it is executing. When it is done, it will display the End Time. If the A/P End of Month does not run properly for some reason, you will be given an error message. There is a System Option, APEOM By Entity, under the End of Day module which determines if the AP End of Month will run by entity.
