Void Credit Card Transactions

(VoidCCTransactions.exe) This program allows the user to void a Credit Card Transaction.

Select the Entity using drop down, select the Bank Account using the drop down, enter the Credit Card Transaction Number or use the lookup and enter a Void Transaction Memo if required. Choose Disposition using the radio button (either to Void Transaction / Cancel Voucher, Void Transaction / Replace Voucher or Void Transaction / Pay By Check. Click on Process Void Check button.  A Confirm box appears notifying the user of the Credit Card Transaction Number to be voided and the subsequent actions that will take place. Answer yes if true. Another screen will display to ask if the user wishes to view reports. If answered affirmatively will allow the user to choose to Show the Voucher Log, View/Print Void Check Register or to Close Form.
