Requisition Inquiry (New)

(ReqIQ.exe) This inquiry displays requisition information and may inquire using several choices of criteria. May select to inquire by Req(uisition) No (Number), Entity or all Entities (when Entity is selected Department, Deliver To and Ship To will be enabled), Department or Department Name, Deliver to or Deliver to Name, Ship to or Ship To Name, Username, Material Code or Material Code Description, PO Type or PO Type Description and Vendor or Vendor Name. An Anywhere in Field check box selection is available for the Material Code and Vendor selections. Under Req Status the user may choose All, Open, Activated, Approved or Complete. An Inquiry View may be selected for Current or History. The user may choose requisition Header or Detail information. There is a Clear Fields button which allows the user to clear previous displayed selections. When the criteria have been selected the user may press the Search button to generate the results. Based on the results a grid appears and may display Header and Detail in a split screen or Detail only on the Inquire View selection.

The user may choose to export the results by selecting File and then Export.
