General Ledger Inquiry

(GLInquiry.exe) This inquiry will display General Ledger Period and Year, and Account information. May select by Entity and Department.  May also select All or Single Profile ID(s). There is a Graph grid button which displays a Graph screen.

Grid will display the Sub Account, Account Name, Profile ID and Amount.

Contains an Explosion Screen – Account Number Breakout. May Export Grid when right clicking in the line.

Under File, may Show Period Graph (F2) or Show Year Graph (F3).
