Equipment Class Master File

This program is used to create the Class designation in the Equipment Tracking program. To add a class click the New icon, File then New in the Applications menu, or CTRL+N. Enter the Class Code in the Class field, and then enter the Description. When complete, click the Save icon, File then Save in the Applications menu or CTRL+S to save.

When utilizing the Equipment Class field in Equipment Tracking, users may be limited to what classes that are viewed by a System Option, Use User to Equipment Class, in the Inventory module. When set Y Yes), users must be assigned to an Equipment Class in the User to Equipment Class program.
