Complete Two Step Receiving Process

(TwoStepRec.exe) This process is designed for users who have a centralized receiving Location but do not want to be able to issue an item until it has been received at the issuing Location. Click the link for instructions for the Two Step Receiving Process.

Select Location using the drop down or All Locations, the Default Location from the User Master File will display. Only Locations that have items to receive will display. Select the line(s) in the grid below, by clicking on the line or by clicking on a line and pressing the CTRL key and holding and clicking on a line to select multiple lines, or CTRL and the down arrow. The No Selected field will display the number of lines selected. When finished selecting the line to receive, click the Receive Selected button. An hourglass displays until complete.

Under the Tools menu the user may export the grid information by clicking on Export Grid. Also, the user may Refresh the screen by clicking the F5 button or the term Refresh under Tools.
