Using Help

The Help format contains eight buttons located near the top of the screen. They are:

• Contents: Click on this button to list the Table of Contents in the left pane.
• Index: Click on this button, then type in a keyword or a series of letters and the search will narrow as the entered letters increase.  Will display the list of matches at the top of the pane.  Select a line and it will display in the right pane.  
• Search: Click on this button and enter a word, then click the arrow to the right of the box to search for two indexes. The top one displays matching words and the bottom displays available help topics that contain the word.
• Help Topics: Click on this button to display the topic as a full screen. Click on this button again to return the second pane.  
• Print: Click on this button to bring up a print dialog box if you wish to print the help screen for the topic you are currently viewing.
• Back: Click on this button to return to the previous topic.
• <<: Click this button to return to the previous topic. If there are browse sequences associated with this topic, this will be active.
• >>: Click this button to move forward to the next topic. If there are browse sequences associated with this topic, this will be active.
