User to General Contract Classification

(UsrToClass.exe) This program allows the user to assign users access to specific contract classifications in the General Contracts program as created in the General Contract Classifications program. There are tabs at the bottom of the program for the user to choose how to assign.

By User

Select the user from the Users column on the left. Then select the Contract Classification from the right column, and move using the < arrow or << all to the center column, There is popup Warning to verify All selection. Assigned Classification. May also Multiselect by pressing the CTRL key and then choosing the Contract Classification and left click on the mouse which will highlight it, continue until complete and then press the < left arrow button to move them into the center column, Assigned Classification.

By Contract Classification

Select the Contract Classification from the left column, then select the Users from the right column, and move using the < arrow or << all to the Assigned Users column. There is popup Warning to verify All selection May also Multiselect by pressing the CTRL key and then choosing the Users and left click on the mouse which will highlight it, continue until complete and then press the < left arrow button to move them into the center column, Assigned Users. May also assign a Group of users by selecting the icon which displays 2 people with a yellow background. When selected, a lookup opens displaying all Groups that may be chosen. When double clicking on the Group, all Users and Assigned Users that are members of that group will be highlighted with a blue background. To move the Users to the Assigned Users column select the left (<) arrow. To remove them, use the right (>) arrow.

To remove from either tab, use the > arrow or >> all.

To lookup in all grids, select the grid and then press F8 to open the lookup.

Under File, there is a Refresh selection.
