Universal Maintain Catalogs

(UnMainCt.exe) This process will allow the user to add or remove items from all or selected catalogs.

Select Location using the drop down. All Catalogs that have at least one item for that Location will appear in the left column. Enter the Material Code or use the lookup for the item you wish to add or delete.  The fields (Description, Vendor Catalog No., Unit, Mat Code Type and Issue) fill in below from the Inventory Master File. Select the Add/Delete or Replace tab based on the type of change you wish to institute. Under the Choose Command, select the appropriate command (Add Mat Code to listed Catalogs, Add Mat Code to selected Catalogs, Delete Mat Code from listed Catalogs, Delete mat Code from selected Catalogs, Add mat Code to all Catalogs using given Location or Delete Mat Code from all Catalogs. If using the Replace tab, fill in the Material Code to Replace section with the appropriate information. You may leave the original item on the Catalog, by checking the "Don’t remove replace item from catalog" box.  Depending upon the selection a list of catalogs will appear in the box on the left side of the program.  If you choose selected catalogs to add, delete or replace, you may press CTRL and click on the catalogs you want to select and they will highlight with a blue background or press the Shift key and use the down arrow to highlight with a blue background.

After completing your selection, click the Add, Delete or Replace button to effect the change.
