System Options

(SysFile.exe) This application will allow the user to set the system-wide options that will determine how a number of programs will work for your users. When working with an application, a user may have a need for the system to respond in a certain manner and by checking all the System Options associated with the application, may be able to customize it suit your needs. The System Options are grouped according to the module in which they reside, similar to the application in most cases. They are listed alphabetically in each module under Name by their description. The user may search by using a lookup in the Name field. By clicking on the line in the box below, the Name, Value and Description of the chosen line will fill in. The description contains the purpose of the System Option, the result of the Value chosen and the choice of Values. Please keep in mind, if you are not sure of the result when changing a System Option, contact Electronic Healthcare Systems so we may explain what will occur.  
Select the Option that you want to work with by selecting the Module using the drop down, and then using the drop down to locate the System Option Name you wish to change. Click on it and it will highlight.  A description of the system option will appear in the Description box. The current setting, or Value, of the system option will appear in that field. Make any appropriate changes to the value based on the options available by using CTRL+E, File then Edit, or clicking the Edit icon then entering the change. Then press CTRL+S, File then Save, or click the Save icon to save the change.  

May export the grid by using File and then selecting Export Grid and choosing the Export Format.
