Returns Inquiry

(ReturnIq.exe) This inquiry provides returns information that may accessed by selecting the Entity, and entering or using the lookup for these fields: Return Number, PO No, Service Request number (SRQ), Vendor ID or Name, Username, Location(s), Material Code or Description, Vendor Catalog, Department, Account Number, or Sub Account number. The lookup grids may be exported under File and then Export. May be searched in Live or History, and by Shipped, Not Shipped or All returns. Header or Detail may be selected. When selection criteria has been entered press the Search button. There is a button which will Clear Fields if necessary.

There is an Export function in the Header or Detail grids under Tools.

There is an ability to view scanned images in all the Search popup screens. Select Tools and then View Scanned Images for the selected line.
