Patient Charge Markup

(Markup.exe) This program contains the information for Patient Charge Markups. It is based on the ranges by issue unit, and the percentage assigned to that range. The value of the range and the percentage may be added, update or deleted and may be assigned to specific classes.

Enter in the Low Value and the High Value for the range. Then, enter the Percent to Markup. Press the Add button to add to the Enter Ranges list on the left. Choose the By Unit Issue (either Default or Lowest Unit of Issue) by clicking on the radio button. Enter a Product Class by using the drop down. To edit an existing Range, select the Range by clicking on that line and enter the change in the Low Value, High Value or Percent field. Then press the Update button, to effect the change. To delete a Range, click on the line and press the Delete button. To update the items, click on the Process button. A Confirm box will display listing the number of records that will be updated. Press Yes if you want to continue with the update. When finished a Process Complete box will display, press OK.
