Patient Charge Inquiry

(PatientChargeIq.exe) This inquiry displays patient charges that were created but does not display anything related to the patient. May enter or lookup the RSL or Mat(erial) Code, CDM, and the Patient ID or Name field, and may enter the Employee ID, Serial No (Number) or Lot No (Number) to narrow the search. Enter the Date Range and Time. When the search criteria is complete press the Search button to generate results.
