Over Budget E-mail Notification

(BudgetEmail.exe) This program is associated with the Budget Master File. When the program is run, it will send an e-mail notification to all e-mail addresses as listed in the Department Master File associated with a department whose account number is over budget for the current fiscal period. Each time it is run it will send the e-mails. When the program is opened, the user will see a Sending E-mails screen until completed.
