OLR Orders by User/Department/Date Range

(ReqByUser.exe) Report will list all items ordered through the Enter Requisitions program by OLR user by Date Range selected. May select the Entity or All Entities, OLR User or all Users, and the Date Range. Will group by OLR User, Department, Stock Type, OLR.
