(MonthChgEMail.exe) E-Mail Monthly Charge Report by Cross Reference, Entity, Department, Sub Account from Item Budget. May select by Entity or All Entities, Period/Year, Report Type (Balance Sheet or P/L Statement), Unit of Issue (either Lowest or Default), Summary or Detail, and choose to Page Break by Department. May choose to E-mail to Departments in the Output Selection.

The report sends emails to the persons(s) listed in the Department Master File under the Email Addresses button for that Department.
