Items with a Zero On Hand Quantity

(NoOnHand.exe) Inventory list of items with less than 1 for On Hand Quantity.  Location must be active. Main Vendor is checked, Unit of Issue default is active, and stock type is Stock and On Hand is less than 1. May select by Location or All Locations, and sort by Material Code or Bin Code.
