General Contract Signatory

(GenContractSignatory.exe) Allows the user to create and maintain Signature designations in association with the General Contracts program. These signature designations may be accessed in the Signatory field combo box of the General Contracts program on the Contract tab within the Department tab fields.

To create a new Contract Signatory, click File then Save, CTRL+N or the New icon. Enter the Signatory, then Save by clicking File then Save, CTRL+S or the Save icon. The new entry will display in the grid below.
