General Contract Roll Date Report

(GenContractRoll.exe) Will print General Contracts with a Roll Date less than or equal to the date selected. User may select by Entity or All Entities, Department or all Departments. Select the Date Range. May choose to Report by General Contract Number or Entity/Department. If the General Contract was built with a Free Form Department (meaning the Department No. is not in the Department Master File), those will only display when run for All Departments, and General Contracts not assigned to an Entity will only display with an All Entities selection.
