E-mail Contract Notifications

(ContractNotify.exe) This program will send an e-mail to notify a specified user that all contracts with a Contract Roll Date have been reached as set in the Contract Master File or General Contracts, so that the user will take appropriate action regarding the contract. The E-mail Address can be set in the User Master File, under the User Info tab. Based on selections in the System Options of either Notify By Contract or Contract Notify by Contract the user may choose to set up to send to all designated users or by users to a specified contract. On the Contracts tab check the Via E-mail box under the Purchasing Contracts or General Contracts section in the Notify User of contracts (or General Contracts) that need attention area, or the user may set up in the Contract Master File on the Notifications tab. When opening the program, a Sending E-mail box will open with a progress bar until complete if there are contracts that meet the criteria. If there are none, the Sending E-mail box will not display.

This program will also e-mail selected users when a contract has reached a user defined percentage of the contract and also when it reaches 100% of the level based on the tier levels set in the Contract Master File on the Tier tab. Users are selected in the User Master File as set in the Purchasing Contracts section by checking the Notify user of contracts near or at next tier level. The percentage is set with the System Option, Tier Notification Level in the Contracts module.
