Department/Patient Charge Cross Reference

(DBMCPC.exe) This program allows the user to Cross Reference a Patient Charge Number to a Department based on the Material Code.

Select the Entity using the drop down and then enter a Department or use the lookup to do so. Click the New icon, select File New or CTRL+N for a new entry, then enter the Material Code or use the lookup.  Enter the Patient Charge No. (Number). When completed click the Save icon, File then Save or CTRL+S to save. This will add the item to the grid below.

To Delete

Click on the Material Code line, click on the Delete icon, File then Delete or CTRL+D to delete.

There is a System Option, DBMCPC Restrict Entity Dept, under the Inventory module to determine if the program is restricted by User to Entity and user to Department.
