Deleting Records

The following describes ways to delete records. Before a record is deleted, a screen will pop up asking you if you are sure you want to delete the record.
NOTE: Once a record is deleted, it must be reentered as a new record. It cannot be retrieved.

NOTE:  Before deleting a record, consider the historical nature of the record, as it may not show on reports and inquiries after deletion.  You may want to consider changing the status to INACTIVE.
